What We Stand For

C.H.A.R.A.C.T.E.R.

To put it simply, Independent Producers of America stands for character, so much so that we’ve made it a personal pledge. Our “High Road Calling Pledge”. Our CHARACTER pledge is as follows:

C – Commitment

We will live up to the commitments made to customers, stakeholders, and to each other.
We commit to live out this pledge in our words and actions.

H- Honesty

We will be honest with those we serve.
We will always interact with fairness, straightforwardness, and sincerity.

A- Accountability

We are accountable for providing all of the necessary support for the success of our performance partners. To that end we will coach and assist our performance partners to help them achieve their goals. We care enough not to let people fail. We will hold each other accountable for living up to this pledge.

R – Responsibility

We accept responsibility to keep the High Road Calling Pledge in balance with each partner’s beliefs and community. We take seriously our responsibility to our families, customers, and all performance stakeholders.

A- Attitude

Understanding that our attitude is reflected in others, we encourage the awareness and expression of a positive mental attitude in ourselves and those we work with and serve.

C – Communication

We will communicate truthfully promoting an environment of integrity, trust, and mutual respect. Our communications will always be honest, professional, prompt, and responsive.

T- Trust

We are committed to developing, nurturing, establishing and earning the highest levels of trust with those we server. Trust is the cornerstone of any relationship. We know without trust there is no collaboration.

E – Ethics

We will act ethically at all times under all circumstances.
All business transactions, decisions impacting partners and interactions with others will be conducted in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
We will abide by the laws, rules and regulations of our profession.

R – Respect

We will always demonstrate respect in serving the needs of others.
We will act in a manner worthy of respect.
We will coach, assist and hold others accountable for demonstrating respect in all interactions.
