Job responsibilities

As an IPA Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following:

• Formation and maintenance of small business and entrepreneur relationships
• Presentation and explanation of coverage options to prospective clients needs and goals
• Comprehension of clients’ changing needs and making appropriate recommendations
• Demonstration of excellent customer service to clients
• Participating in company’s sales and marketing training programs
• Following up on sales leads provided by the company
• Coordinate client initiatives with IPA’s service team and marketing system
